4. Take a walk in the cold. Honestly... I can't say enough about this. Bundle up. Walk around the block, and feel the fresh air. This is definitely my #1 way to boost my wellbeing right now.

5. Have a Chef's burger from Flight 102. I think this is THE best burger I've every had... and their truffle fries! OMG! This isn't anything brand new, but definitely still a go to for me!!
