MANDY'S TOP 5: Mandy's top 5 well-being boosters

1. A morning walk. Mine are at 5:30 AM in the dark. I start off my day with fresh air and accomplishing something before anyone is up! It is a game changer!

2. Rooibos Tea. Caffeine tends to amplify my negative thoughts, this tea does the opposite. It's inner calm in a cup.

3. An Evening bath. I do this up right. I have bath products up the wazoo, that make this into a home spa experience!

4. Getting my back. I lay out my clothes for tomorrow, so that I'm not fumbling around in the dark for my walking gear, I have my laptop with my barre blend workout ready to go & yoga mat out so that I'm not wasting time getting that set up. I take care of myself in advance so that my day goes so much more smoothly, and I feel cared for.

5. Reading a novel. This! Yes! I feel that it stitches my brain back together. I love getting lost in a good book. Something emotionally deep with a good story.
