FARMERS MARKET PREP

As our Saturday ritual, my kids & I have been attending the Kankakee Farmers' Market as often as we can. I've got to say that I am floored by the direction the Market has taken. We spend our morning, perusing the fresh picked fruits and vegetables, while listening to music in the gazebo, and munching on kettle corn and drinking fresh squeezed lemonade! When I am feeling a bit indulgent, I occasionally enjoy the hanger steak from The Creme of the Crop food truck! The Farmer's Market that I've always known & love has grown into a synergistic destination that should not be missed!

 Next Saturday, August 16, I am excited to be a part of it! I will have a booth at our market!! I have been enthusiastically preparing for this event all Summer! From curating my new display with vintage pieces that ooze character & drip with patina to slowly collecting interesting materials that really intrigue me for my newest jewelry pieces! Come to the Kankakee Farmers' Market August 16 from 8:00-Noon to eat some great food & shop for unique jewelry. The experience is sure to give your day a boost!
